Refund Policy
1. Default posture
Except where required by applicable law, Vantah subscriptions and fees are non-refundable. Purchases are final once processed.
Vantah may, in its sole discretion, grant a full or partial refund, credit, or other accommodation in exceptional cases. Any such grant does not create an obligation to grant refunds in the future and does not waive this policy.
2. Cancel anytime — current period not prorated
You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. We do not prorate or refund the current period when you cancel mid-cycle, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise at our discretion.
3. Whop processing
Purchases are processed through Whop (or another payment processor we designate). Your payment relationship may also be subject to Whop’s terms, privacy policy, and dispute / chargeback rules. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in suspension of access pending resolution.
4. Try Scout before you buy
Vantah offers a free Scout tier so you can evaluate core boards, lines, and the public tracker before purchasing Pro or Sharp. We encourage you to use Scout first. Paid tiers unlock additional features; they are not a guarantee of betting profits or outcomes.
5. How to request help
For billing questions or a discretionary refund request, email [email protected] or contact us through the support channel available on the Service or via your Whop account, and include your plan details. We may ask for information reasonably needed to review the request. Nothing in this Policy requires us to approve any request.
6. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy at any time by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. The version in effect at the time of a purchase generally governs that purchase, except where a newer version is more favorable to you or where law requires otherwise.
