Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vantah website, applications, APIs, data, projections, research tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Vantah (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, checking an agreement box, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & age
You must be of legal age to use the Service where you live, including 18+ or 21+ where local law requires it, and in any case at least the minimum age required for gambling-related informational tools. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of the Service, and any wagering you undertake elsewhere, is lawful where you live. We do not warrant that the Service is available or lawful in every location.
3. What Vantah is (and is not)
Vantah is an informational and analytical tool only. It aggregates, models, and displays sports and esports data, lines, projections, edges, research, and related content for educational and research purposes.
- Vantah is not a sportsbook, casino, exchange, or wagering operator.
- Vantah does not accept bets, stakes, deposits for wagering, or settle wagers.
- Vantah does not provide betting advice, investment advice, financial advice, or personalized recommendations to wager.
Any decisions you make using information from the Service — including whether to place a wager with a third party — are yours alone.
4. No warranties — data “AS IS” (priority clause)
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA, CONTENT, LINES, ODDS, PROJECTIONS, SCORES, EDGES, MODELS, ALERTS, LATENCY INDICATORS, TRACKERS, AND OTHER INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
Without limiting the foregoing, we specifically disclaim any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, quiet enjoyment, or uninterrupted / error-free operation. Data may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or unavailable. Markets move; feeds fail; models err.
You must independently verify all information before relying on it for any purpose, including any wager, and you must not use the Service as the sole basis for any betting or financial decision. Past performance, public track records, and historical hit rates are not indicative of future results and are not guarantees of profit or success.
5. Assumption of risk
You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and from any betting, fantasy, prediction-market, or other activity you undertake with third parties. You are solely responsible for all such decisions and for any losses, damages, account restrictions, or other consequences that result.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantah and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any gambling losses, betting losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to Vantah (if any) for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. If you have not paid fees, our aggregate liability will not exceed USD $50 (or the minimum amount required by applicable law).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vantah and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your betting or other third-party activity; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party right.
8. Accounts, subscriptions & billing
Paid subscriptions and checkouts are processed by Whop (or another payment processor we designate). Payment card data is handled by the processor — not stored by Vantah as card numbers. Subscriptions may auto-renew at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, subject to the processor’s tools and our Refund Policy.
We may change features, tiers, pricing, and billing practices at any time. Where practicable we will post notice on the Service; continued use or renewal after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Any goodwill refund is granted only at Vantah’s sole discretion.
10. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not assist others to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Service data or outputs beyond your personal, non-commercial use of the product UI/API as we expressly permit;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or non-public APIs except where mandatory law prohibits this restriction;
- Share accounts, API keys, session cookies, or credentials, or circumvent access controls, rate limits, or paywalls;
- Use automated access (bots, scripts, bulk export) beyond what we expressly authorize;
- Interfere with the Service, other users, or our infrastructure; or
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
11. Intellectual property
Vantah and its licensors own the Service, including software, models, designs, trademarks, and generated outputs as presented through the Service. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, lawful use. No other rights are granted. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
12. Third-party marks & services
PrizePicks, Underdog, Sleeper, Pinnacle, Kalshi, Polymarket, and other book, app, or exchange names are trademarks of their respective owners. Vantah is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Links to third-party sites or checkouts (including Whop) are provided for convenience; their terms and privacy policies govern those services.
13. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access, accounts, or API keys at any time, with or without notice, for suspected violations of these Terms, abuse, legal risk, non-payment, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and IP) will survive termination.
14. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections of your residence apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive participation in any class, collective, or representative action against us. Disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity in a forum of competent jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.
